We should eat more healty foods than non healty foods. Such as mee goreng,mee siam,pizza,fries and such things> We should eat more fish,fruits,soup,cheese and such things. one of my favourite foods is nasi-lemak! But, then however i can't eat it every day!! hehehehe!
